How Do Pre-Orders Work?

A product labeled as a Pre-Order means it is still in production and not yet ready for immediate shipping.

If you purchase both Pre-Order and In-Stock items in the same order, we will ship the order once complete unless partial shipment is requested. 

By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item in advance. Once production is completed and we receive stock, your order will be processed and shipped without delay.

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. As soon as your item is ready to go, you will receive an email with tracking details.

How Long Do Pre-Orders Take?

Estimated arrival times are listed in the product description whenever available, As a standard most companies take roughly 6 months from pre order release to finalizing production, Cars need to be produced, packaged, shipped worldwide. 

Please note that these release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to changes. Little Lucas Toys cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to potential delays in production or shipping.

We have no control over the manufacturer and production time.

When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they reach our warehouse. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Little Lucas Toys' control.

If a manufacturer discontinues or cancels production of a pre-ordered item, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
