The 3rd generation Mazda Luce features a vertically arranged square 4-lamp headlight, which is a rare front mask in the history of Japanese cars.
――At the beginning of 1977's debut, it had the subname of [Legato].
――First, it appeared in two types of bodies, a 4-door hardtop and a 4-door sedan, and later a van was added, and in the fall of 1979 it was changed to a square two-lamp headlight.
