Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at orders@littlelucastoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

PRE ORDERS 
We do not cancel or refund pre orders. 

DAMAGES

All items are checked thouroughly before packing. 
Please inspect your order upon reception/before opening and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Orders under $100 are insured via Australia Post.

Damages Incurred by Australia Post are to be claimed by the receiever with Australia Post for compensation before replacement unless shipping protection is purchased.

We the sender are unable to claim damages due to Australia Post policy.

We will not offer compensation if Australia Post rejects claim. 

We do not accept change of mind returns or if the item has been opened or used.

Damage to card/box are not considered damaged, the packing material is not sold as part of the item

Factorys design their packaging to protect the items inside the packaging, and do not consider the packaging as part of the item. We will not replace cracked blisters/bent cards unless shipping protection has been purchased.

Collectors who require MINT items please purchase shipping protection against damage incurred by Australia Post

Factory QC determines quality of items not the customer, We follow the brands quality guidelines and adhere to there quality standards. 

We will not replace items a customer deems unfit due to his/her standards being higher than the manufacturers.

HOT WHEELS RETURNS

Hot Wheels assortments subject to change without notice

Mystery box sales are final, We will not accept returns on any mystey boxes

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as pre orders or personalized items)

We do not accept returns for low QC from factory with cheap models under $20 EG MINI GT, HOT WHEELS 

CHASES & SEALED CASES

We reserve the right too (but do not) inspect cases for chases. 

We will not refund for not receiving a chase or accept a return.

Purchasing a sealed case waves your chance for us to check items, We are not responsible for damaged done by Mattel upon opening sealed case.

           DOUBLE TAPED CASE MYTH

           

Regarding Cases with Double-Tape

There’s a common misconception about double-taped cases. This belief often arises from observations of a limited number of cases and rumours and does not have merit.

At our scale, handling thousands of cases, we’ve seen both single- and double-taped cases. Typically, double tape indicates that the case was opened by Mattel to add international safety stickers or reworked by Mattel to address issues with a cars within the case.

Please note, we do not issue refunds for double-taped cases. We sell Hot Wheels cases, not guarantees of chases. Thank you for your understanding.

         

         

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Due to the cost of refunds from payment merchants, refunds will require a 20% restock fee,

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We refund to the paypal/bank account used for the order, All orders done via Zip/Afterpay/Openpay will be refunded to the buy now pay later provider.

Under no cirucmstances will we manually refund to a bank account.
